Dr. Leming brings 30 years of combined experience in higher education, with deep, real-world administrative leadership at both the state and institutional levels. Actively engaged in multiple national initiatives focused on postsecondary reform, she has a strong track record of securing significant federal and philanthropic grants to advance research and innovation in student-facing and teaching practices. Her work emphasizes high-impact, experiential learning opportunities that equip students with durable skills aligned with both academic pathways and career readiness.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in a strengths-based approach that aligns individual talents and skills within a collaborative, team-focused model for project development and implementation. I thrive in turning ideas into action. When a solution needs to be implemented—and carried through with focus and persistence—I bring a strong capacity for execution and the ability to “catch” an idea and translate it into meaningful, real-world results.
